Sourced from their oldest vines in the cru of Cristo di Sorbara, only the best, most pristine fruit is used for this bottling. Leclisse is made with the freerun juice, hence the very pale color of crushed cranberries. This Lambrusco is not about fruit. There’s cutting acidity, tangy red fruits, and a strong dash of minerality.
