Will Clark, a vermouth hobbyist-turned-producer came up with the recipes for his Little City line in the kitchen of his NYC apartment. First, it was just for his own consumption. Then, his bartender friends began pestering him for batches to use in their cocktails. Then, it became his full time job. This, his sweet version, leans heavily in the classic Northern Italian direction, with deeply herbaceous undercurrents accented by a high-toned, alpine minty-ness. It's a fabulous sipper/Americano option, as well as the perfect Manhattan/Negroni/Boulevardier component.
