This is a wonderful example of what makes Pinot Noir such a special and intriguing grape when grown in Southern Australia. It pairs dark, dense, yet nimble fruit with a deeply smoky/meaty complexity. Like a classic Syrah, but with softer mouthfeel and less weight. Beautiful!
