From the Adriatic seaside region of the Castelli di Jesi, Fattoria Coroncino's Gaiospino is a deeply textured, substantial expression of Verdicchio.  The wonderfully oily body is packed with subtle aromatic fruits that laced with an underlying savory/cheese-y complexity and a beautifully saline finish.  A more serious, yet eminently enjoyable version of this unique grape.
