COS's 'fresh' white, made of Insolia and Grecanico Dorato, the Ramí is lively and fragrant with a joyfully citric disposition. Underneath that is a beautifully herbaceous/saline minerality that perfectly balances with the bright fruit. It's crisp, yes, but I always love the oilier texture it has.
