This is COS's serious expression of Nero d'Avola. It's also sourced from the Bastonaca contrada, and follows the same élevage as the Cerasuolo Bastonaca above. It's broad, rich, flavorful, developed and is packed with all kinds of Mediterranean herbaceous/savory depth. This is how I always wished Nero d'Avola tasted...and...now it does!
