Bucaco Rose Reservado 2020

MCF Rare Wine

The Bucaco Hotel was founded in 1917, with the highest of society as its clientele.  In order to have the very best to offer his guests, founder Alexandre de Almeida sought to make the greatest expression of Portuguese wine he could.  Utilizing grapes from what he viewed to be the country's two greatest regions, the Dão and Bairrada, the Bucaco wines are still produced today in the same methods and with the same spectacular results.  This Rosé Reservado is made of 80% Baga and 20% Touriga Nacional, and showcases just how serious a wine that rosé can be.  Richly textured, deeply complex and built to age, it's one of the great pink wines you'll encounter.
