Agrapart 7 Crus Extra Brut [base 2023] NV

From one of the most celebrated micro-producers in Champagne, this 90/10 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir comes from estate parcels in each of the seven villages of the famed Côte des Blancs - Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Avernay Val d'Or, Bergères les Vertus and Madeuil.  This is always a favorite of ours in the realm of NV bubblies - its chiseled, mineral character drinks beautifully young, but it gets richer and more wonderfully complex with 3-5 years in the cellar.
