Limited Addition is a new project from master sommelier Bree Stock and her husband Chad, a couple that is dedicated to diversifying the Oregon wine scene. Here we have a more textured take on Sauvignon Blanc, trading overt aromatics for layers of citrus and stone fruit, and a gentle saline note that lingers through the finish. There is plenty of freshness, but it is the wine's subtle weight and quiet complexity that make it stand out from the crowd.
