New Riff Distilling is doing really cool and exciting stuff, including many special, single barrel bottlings. Their standard Kentucky Straight Bourbon, however, stands tall in its own right. With a Rye content of 30%, this is a spicier, drier expression of Bourbon, which is what we love so much about it. One of the best values in the category that we think drinks circles around many more expensive whiskies.
