This unknown appellation of Côtes de Toul in Alsace-Lorraine, France is hiding an amazing cold-climate value rosé made from Gamay and Pinot Noir. It's a fresh, deep and mouth-coating salmon-tinged rosé that, despite its depth, quivers with acidity. Migot’s version is almost incomprehensible in its combination of texture and power, with lightness and zing.
