Farm Cottage is doing some of the nicest work in the SC Mtns, making joyfully pure, old school expressions of Pinot Noir. This one, from the Lester Family vineyard, is darkly pitched, wildly aromatic, and supple, with a mineral energy at its core that makes it such a pleasure to drink. Beautiful stuff.
