It's full of super geeky, utterly delicious wines like this beauty from L'Enclos des Braves in the Gaillac. Made from the Duras grape (yeah, that grape that everybody's TOTALLY familiar with), this darkly-fruited, herbaceous, mineral, savory little beauty is medium-bodied, juicy and remarkably fresh. Lovely!
