Laurent Vallé's Grange des Peres has gained somewhat of a cult following in the Languedoc. He formerly trained at Coche-Dury and Chave, both of which have highly influenced his nuanced winemaking style. This IGP Rouge is a rustic and fruit-forward Syrah and Mourvedre dominant blend rounded out with Cab and Counoise. This powerhouse bottling ain't for the faint of heart!
