A new release for Phelan Farm, the Chardonnay “F” is an incredibly unique and intriguing wine that takes Chardonnay to a whole new level! Bright yet more savory in character, the “F” Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon zest, preserved citrus, and white peach, layered with notes of chamomile, toasted almond, and flor-driven nuttiness from its time in the historic Sherry cask. The palate is energetic and finely textured, with natural acidity and a subtle saline.
