Two of the best pink examples of each grape on the market, from two of our absolute favorite producers in the world.
The first one is Jean-Paul Brun's Rosé de Folie 2021 from Beaujolais. It shows a beautiful, deeper color, - it's brawny, but linear, with wonderful, soft earth and a refreshingly dry finish.
The second one is Pfalz Superstar Koehler-Ruprecht's Pinot Noir Rosé Kabinett Trocken, also from the 2021 vintage. High-toned, fragrant, bright pink-fruited and mineral Pinot Noir in a wonderfully pale, deeply satisfying package. The electrified energy persists from front to back.
Both organic.
Both delicious.
Both classics.
