Explosively Mineral Sancerre

Sancerre is an easy sell...

...which is why there's so much garbage Sancerre on the shelves and wine lists of stores and restaurants who don't give a sh*t.

True story.

But I'm not here to rant today.

I'm here (as always) to give a sh*t about what I sell you in the form of this, a Sancerre that is most definitely NOT garbage...

...it is, in fact, one of the best ones I've tasted in a while...

...that is, if you like your Sancerre to be chiseled, insanely mineral, salty/briny/seashell-y and, yet, still amazingly elegant too.

Something tells me that's how you like it...

...but if you don't like it that way...

...you should like it that way...

...otherwise I'd be sad.

Serge Laloue's Sancerre Cuvée Silex 2021 is exactly what I mentioned above.

It's the kinda wine that makes you wanna drop everything and go buy oysters.

A wine like this on a 4th of July weekend...

...doesn't get any better than that...

(I gotta go buy some oysters...)
