Chiseled, Mineral Pinot Noir Rosé

There's a lot of stuff to say about Rosé.

There's even more to say about Pinot Noir.

It still puzzles me, though, why (relatively speaking) there's still not all that much said about Pinot Noir Rosé.

Maybe it's because most people haven't tried good examples of Pinot Noir Rosé...

...like the best examples of Pinot Noir Rosé that come from Germany...

...like the best of the German Pinot Noir Rosés like today's wine, one of our most-est farovite-est examples of German Pinot Rosé - the Schäfer Frölich Blanc de Noir Trocken 2022.

It's about as delicately pink as rosé gets - like borderline white.

It's about as chiseled, crisp and finely detailed as rosé gets.

It's about as minerally focused as rosé gets.

It's about as good as Pinot Noir Rosé gets and...

...really...it's about as good as rosé gets, period...

...especially when it's a zillion degrees outside...

...or if you're at the beach or a park...

The bottom line is just that it's really F'n good...

...and our only shipment of the year is here NOW.
