Yves Cuilleron Rose de Saignee Sybel 2021

Yves Cuilleron is an icon of the Northern Rhone and a master of the region's famed varieties. This rosé, a "saignée" (removal or a portion of the juice during the maceration resulting in a richer, more concentrated wine)  from various cuvées of Syrah planted to granitic soils, displays his deft touch; the wine is easy-drinking yet deeply expressive of the terroir, and richly textured with bright, refreshing acidity. A perfect match for grilled meats and Mediterranean salads, “Sybel” offers incredible value for the quality.
