Sylvain Pataille Marsannay Blanc 2019

This Marsannay Blanc is one of many cuvées produced by Sylvain Pataille, oenologist and winemaker in the northernmost part of Côte-de-Nuits. This specific bottling could not express the terroir more beautifully; while the precision and focus the 2018 vintage achieves is that of a perfectly executed Aligoté, the full, unctuous and savory palate is unmistakably Chardonnay. It is truly a masterpiece!
