The Naturale Bitter Vino is made with a base of natural, organic Cerasuolo di Vittoria from the COS estate—vinified with a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aromatized with locally sourced botanicals, it delicately balances bitter with sweet, like Campari or perhaps a Barolo Chinato but made in Sicily from Cerasuolo di Vittoria! The Bitter Vino has notes of cedar, orange, gentian and quinine. Use in a spritz or a negroni—delicious!
