Billes de Roche is Chenin hand-harvested from the top of the slope, from the lieu-dit of the same name, between yellow and white chalks. Ripe white pear and honeycomb balanced by racy acidity and a complex inner core of smoked hazelnut. An ageable wine (up to 10 years!) that is already drinking very elegantly.
