Portugal's Baga grape is, in our opinion, likely the country's most noble varietal. With its earthy, floral and brawny personality, it's very reminiscent of a great Nebbiolo. Though with its rustic herbaceousness, it shows its Portoguese roots proudly. This 2013 is still has plenty of youthful exuberance, but it's starting to show some nice wisdom at this point, too.
