Kuhn Riesling Sekt 2018

One of Asian food's greatest allies, sparkling dry Riesling, or 'Sekt' as it's known, is one of the more underutilized wines on earth.  With its floral, citric and mineral character, packaged in a laser-focused, very dry setting, makes it not only perfect with spicy/delicate flavors, but one of the greatest things to have on hand for a big board of cheese and charcuterie as well.
