A classic example of the more adventurous side of Austrian white wine, this Numen Gruner is fermented in amphora and then aged in used barrels. The result is unmistakably Gruner, but with a more free-wheeling personality. The texture is broader and softer from the amphora, but the racy Gruner acidity keeps it lively. Very cool stuff.
