Soave, once maligned, now underappreciated is, for me, the much more interesting and delicious answer to Pinot Grigio. This one, from masters of insane value Ilatium Morini, is everything you could ask for in an easy going, yet totally engaging white wine. It's fragrant, textured and creamy, but it's also very lively and so refreshing.
