The Campo di Mandrie is a 100% Falanghina, skin-contact white wine made by Giovanni Iannucci. Iannucci is part of the "garagistes", producers who make artisanal wine in their garage. The movement is often associated with natural practices and Iannucci is no exception; this white is unfined and unfiltered with a partial maceration on the skin (70% of the grapes) while the rest is directly pressed. What to expect? A sapid and leathery texture paired with a taut, herbaceous palate.
