Eric Taillet Extra Brut Blanc de Meunier Bansionensi 2018

Eric Taillet is a sleeper gem of an estate in the Vallée de la Marne, specializing in Pinot Meunier (which we have a soft spot for here at MCF). The Bansionensi is a single vintage cuvée made from a selection of the oldest vines of Meunier that hail from clay/limestone soils. It's structured and broad across the palate, with tremendous lift and sprightly aromatics. It will develop beautifully over the next few years, as well.
