Eric Taillet Brut Nature Sur le Grand Marais NV

Eric Taillet is a sleeper gem of an estate in the Vallée de la Marne, specializing in Pinot Meunier (which we have a soft spot for here at MCF).  This righteous cuvée hails from a single site that's planted to 90% Meunier and 10% Chardonnay.  The blend mirrors that same proportion and the Chardonnay adds a wonderfully chiseled focus to the explosive aromatics of the Meunier.  This is gorgeous stuff!
