Eric Taillet is a sleeper gem of an estate in the Vallée de la Marne, specializing in Pinot Meunier (which we have a soft spot for here at MCF). The Exlusive'T is 100% Pinot Meunier, and utilizes 20-30% reserve wine. It's lively and aromatic, with delicate berry fruits and tremendous clarity. And it of course has that lovely tangy/savory undercurrent that's so signature to Meunier.
