Envinate La Santa de Ursula 2021

MCF Rare Wine

A new project for the famous Envinate producers! La Santa de Úrsula hails from the northeastern coast of Tenerife; the area is called La Carujera, in the DO Tacoronte-Acentejo. It’s a blend of 3 parcels of 100+ year old vines a more removed from the ocean than, say, Taganan. 48% Negramoll, 50% Listan Negro, and 2% Listán Blanco are vinified partially with whole clusters in cement and aged in small neutral oak barrels.
