A terrific Côtes de Bourg, the farming is all certified biodynamic. This wine is made with fruit from vines up to 50 years old and it is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. There is no sulfur added to the wine. Look for deep color, and a mix of red and black fruits and berries on the nose and palate. Good acidity keeps the wine from being overly heavy.
