One of the coolest wines we've tasted so far this year, the Azacanes from Barrialto is 100% Palomino Fino from a single vineyard that's fermented with wild yeast, and soaks for four months on the skins before aging for another year-plus in 500L barrels. The resulting wine is truly extraordinary - the perfect blend of an oxidative white and an orange wine. It's bright, citric and juicy, but with fantastic savory/nutty elements woven throughout. Amazing stuff!
