Douglas Laing's Old Particular is a fantastic bottler project who's turning out some wonderful drams. This single-cask 12yr of Jura distillery has beautiful structure and maritime character, just with a touch less sherry fruit/body to it than the distillery bottlings. A more linear expression of Jura, and a lovely one at that.
