One of the most interesting sparkling wines we've come across recently, the Skinner Blanc de Blancs is made of Marsanne and Rousanne from their El Dorado estate. It's dry, focused and floral with just a touch of bright, textured exotic fruits. It's so good on its own, but I also can't think of a better wine to have alongside a cheese board or to bring to Dim Sum. So...take some to Dim Sum...
