Ca del Vent Brut Pas Opere Memoria 2014

Cà del Vént is making absolutely gorgeous sparkling wines in the Franciacorta zone of Northern Italy that, in our opinion, vastly outperform nearly all of the other wines produced there (so much so that they were rewarded by being rejected by the consortium and no longer wear the Franciacorta designation on their labels).  This Memoria 2014 is stunningly complex, refined and has a depth to it that we've never experienced anywhere else in the region.  This is top-tier grower-champagne level stuff in terms of both quality and complexity, and absolutely merit being a part of the conversation when it comes to Italy's finest sparkling wines.
