Remoissenet is a producer who occupies an increasingly rarefied spot in the Burgundy world. While their recent wines are made in a more modern style, their older wines were staunchly traditional and they're incredibly long-lived.

What makes their situation truly unique, though (especially in Burgundy), is the incredible library of older vintages lying in their cellars.

These are bottles with perfect provenance and, as their legions of fans will confirm, the contents are incredibly delicious.

They're also quite fairly priced considering what you're getting.

Normally, I don't have a large enough list to offer out to everyone it this newsletter format, but today I'm happy to offer a nice selection.
